Pros

The treadmill is compact enough to fit in the corner of a small apartment. The phone holder holds a phone, tablet, or even a kindle. The only downside is the belt for walking is more narrow than a standard treadmill.

The digital readout gives a variety of information on the workout. I love that the treadmill app and calories burned ect. Works with app and is easy to use.

Comes with wrenches for belt and handlebar and 2 small bottles of lubricant. User manual was easy, it is easy to set up.

Incline" is a screw that you put in different locations to adjust the height. The incline adds a little bit of extra effort to my workout, which i love.

Cons

The tread seems narrow and if i walk longer than 20 minutes it smells like burning plastic. I see nothing melted and don't feel any heat. The counts are all wrong.

This one fits the bill and price is better priced for all its features than others i have seen.

My fitbit says i burn more calories compared to the treadmill tracker however the treadmill is more accurate on distance tracking.
