It is sturdy and has a great speed range, i can walk or jog comfortably on this pad.
I’ve been using it for a for a bit and i’m very impressed the treadmill is really solid and works great.
I do have something in front of me to hold onto incase i don't pay attention and start to fall and yes this has happened!
It takes multiple attempts at different angles to get it to connect to the pad and start it.

My only issue is with amazon and that they shipped it through the post office and they would not deliver it due to the size.
My daughter ordered the same one on the same day i ordered mine and she received hers from ups within 3 days.
