Price
It was way to big for my towels but it was sturdy, instructions were easy and worth the price.
Packaging/appearance
If you pull forward instead of down, the papertowel catches and rips.
There are four sharp-ish corners near the middle of the slot where you pull the papertowel out.

If you want to pull out your papertowel, w/o ripping your papertowel to shreds, you must pull straight down.
