The uppermost button on the wand adjusts the speed of the vibrations the middle button adjusts vibration frequency pattern and the lower button is for onoff

There are 8 speed adjustments and 20 vibration patterns available but you will need to cycle through the corresponding button to find which settings you require every time you switch the wand on it does not have a previous setting memory function
