Pros
To be used whenever desired or convenient. My one complaint is that the handles are scaled a bit small to fit the hand of an american man. An even wider handle would work better for many people.

Stainless steel offers far more strength and doesnt wear out easily plus a chest expander can simply sit by the couch or chair

When i wear a weight lifting glove my hand is a bit too wide to fit in the handle so i have to remove the gloves to grab the handle properly

As it is my own hands are not very large compared to many american men so an even wider handle would work better for many people
