The quality is fine for what we need it for but isnt the best frame rate when using it on 720p

My camera did become faulty and was not able to connect after many resets but the customer service was 5 stars and they tried to solve the issue and when they couldnt they sent me a new one

If you have trouble contacting get the camera and your phone close to your router

After comparing several cameras similar to this i thought this looked good and chose it partly due to the price and what they said it would do

I hit two problems while setting up which i emailed wansview about and got an immediate response answering my questions making set up very easy indeedthe camera quality is fine and gives a view of the entire room it is in to a good degree of quality the sound is as good as you could expect the only minor problem being that now and then the image freezes for a few moments which i suspect may be down to my internet speed which is slow and nothing to do with the camera
