I recently moved the camera to a different location and needed to take advantage of the night vision function for the first time however i could not get it to work

I contacted wansview customer service via email and jerry responded overnight with 2 suggestions to try enable night vision using the settings found in the phone app and on the cameras web browser page

I informed jerry and the next day he emailed me to say that he had ascertained that the night vision was indeed malfunctioning and to confirm my shipping address on the original amazon order number so that he could send a new camera to me

I have since installed it and its working great including the night vision

Initially i tried to install the camera on my network using the wireless method which is a choice in the wansview phone app

I have had two different cameras for outdoor use focused on my driveway this one can be accessed from a telephone with data alone the other needed wifi access on the phone which is very nice

The picture from the camera is exceptional i am very pleased
