Pros

The fit is just a bit snug in the shoulders/back/chest but not enough to be uncomfortable. This fits perfect as any other xl i own. I’m 5’11” 160 pounds and the medium fits to a tee. He's a slim fit so the fit looks really nice on him.

Grey med weight keeps me warm in southern california winters. Would work well in midwestern springs or autumns. I appreciate the little neck clip when it is cold out.

The quilted interior is very warm.

The coat is warm and cozy with no noticeable defects. I pair it with a newsboy flat cap in herringbone tweed or a thick knit beanie.

Cons

The photo images are completely misleading. The dark, charcoal patterning isn't there. It looks frumpy, bulky, and poorly tailored.

It fit fine, but clearly isn't the jacket pictured in the ad. The tight, crisp tailoring isn't there. The metal quality of the zipper is atrocious.

Otherwise, while the coat is only 20% wool, so feels a bit light, it's quality construction, and beautiful to look at.
