It finely blends anything you put in it. It does a better blending job than the vitamix imo. It's well worth the purchase.

For big batch purée applications it gets 5 stars.
If you want to blend large amounts into very fine consistency then this is the blender for you.

I needed to lay eyes on it before spending over $1000 on a blender.

There is nothing subtle about this machine see pic next to vitamix
