Pros
My toddler loves his frog warmie! They help me relax and smell great i would recommend to anyone! My daughter uses this almost nightly, this is her second one. My 12 year old granddaughter loves frogs so it was a perfect gift.
Cons
Not eligible for return or refund. Shoddy craftsmanship and smells god awful.
Hebwas packaged in a plastic bag instead of a box. There was a hole in the head and was leaking flax seeds. The fur also feels very fake and cheap.

I had to sew it up myself which was not a huge deal but i was basically reattaching the arm and it was kind of a pain.

Her first one ended up dying a horrible hot microwaved death

She hit the wrong button to warm it up on the microwave and it basically burned a hole in itself and all the lovely seed things no its not rice fell out the bottom and all over the place
