It will have to be plugged in but that is not bad because it will still work even when we have rainy days and you do not get enough sun for a solar light to work

It lights up a huge area the range of the motion sensor is very wide and will cover a large area in your yard

There 20 small dots on the computer panel and when the lights light up they are super bright

Nice bright flood light this light really lights up a pretty large area for a single flood the three adjustment dials on the light gave me a wide range of features from 5 seconds to 8 minutes on the timer dial for how long it stayed on after motion activation and the motion activation also had a wide range of sensitivity
