Pros

I never have issues with the straps falling or the band feeling too small or uncomfortable or having cup gags. They offer plenty of support and i don't have that under arm bulge. These hold up very well without special laundry care.

Super duper comfortable, never any chafing. Fit is perfect, nothing is itchy or scratchy.

Cons

It is made of super soft material and does not have and underwire. The band around the torso is just as uncomfortable and constricting as any other bra. The straps are very wide, but squeak when walking/moving.
