I was using another brand “splitter” which worked fine til it met its resourcefulness internal wear out i reordered a new one but it wasn’t the same manufacturer it didn’t work that well this product is working fine but from what i learned don’t smother it with a lot of cables and keep it cool at room temperature the interior is very sensitive handle with care

It is advertised that sound does not pass through cables but for my application it does for some reason

Update noticed a humming sound coming out of the speaker for the security cameras and after a bit of troubleshooting i figured out that if i plugged the attached boost wire to the splitter and plug it into a phone charger
