The burlap is a great quality material for a banner flag. The one problem i have is it doesn't have tabs to hook it in place on the flagpole. My only complaint i wish the red and black were in a sleeve together.
It's made of really durable material and bright colors. They are heavy and durable. Well made, fully adjustable, bright colors and clear patterns. The fabric is substantial.
