I hang them near my bird feeders because that's where the wasps hang out. Both the top and bottom of the wasp trap can be opened. This is a must buy if you want to get rid of weeds without chemicals by just using some elbow grease.

Have caught all kinds of wasps ad japanese hornets with these traps and not anything with the other.
I just love how this weeder goes under the weed and you just rock it back and the weed comes up with the root.

Feeders were set up for the hummingbirds however they were chased away by the wasps

I put some mixture of apple juice sugar honey and a drop of dish soap in the bottom of this bee trap

They were attracted to the area by the liquid in the wasp trap and entered the trap through the hole

Im guessing that the bright orange wasp traps might also attract wasps

See the wasp lands on this trap with its fat butt and soon hungry for the delicious syrup in the trap it makes its way down the entrance gets trapped and drowns

You can see the bad guys in the trap flying around trying to get out but they cant
