Finish also didn’t seem to run like some aerosol finishes did

In addition the stain has a urathane built into the stain so there is no need to varnish or polyurethane the wood

Some 0000 steel wool and danish oil will fix the finish like new

After saturating the surface for the required time just wipe off excess let dry and your back in business
