Pros & Cons
Pros
The danish oil accentuates the piece, finishes it off as it no longer looks like raw wood, and protects it. I am using it on birdseye maple and it really shows thebirdseye figure.
This one seems to be less oily. Easy to use and very forgiving. Difference between the natural and fruitwood when used on pine and red oak is a bit more yellow hue.
Cons
It was easy to use, however, its despicable odor is very stubborn. Very messy, not fun to cleanup. The color has nothing in common with mahogany.

Price
So pleased to get this so fast and reasonable price.
Packaging/appearance
I used about the whole can on the table in the picture,i did the top, legs and the underside.
You can apply liberally but must wipe dry with fresh cheesecloth.
I used an old toothbrush to help spread the stain into the scratch, and then wiped it up.
Watco danish oil is a great product; unfortunately the can leaked inside the package making a mess!
Competitiveness
I have been using watco products for over 40 years ,,they do what they are supposed to,,prodect wood and look great.
Really prefer this product for stains, much easier than other options imho.
Typically you can find a quart for less than this price at ace hardware.
