For the value this thing is great 20tb for a fraction of the price.

For a cost effective space option, i have no regrets.

At the prices these drives are being offered, it's really hard to pass up for non-critical data.

It was $106 when i ordered it (and $145 today).

Shipping

I received great drives without any surprises.

They shipped same day with overnight delivery for my prime shipping orders.

Orders are not fulfilled by amazon (fba), rather are shipped out by water panther.

It arrived well packed in a sturdy cardboard box with plastic air padding.

I received literally just a seagate x18 drive as pictured.

I should also mention that their packaging is top notch and your drives will get to you safely.

Competitiveness

I got the 16tb to back up my nas because this was the cheapest 16tv drive on amazon.

The model number that it reports matches a seagate exos x18.

Other than the false branding, i feel like this is a pretty good deal.

This also indicates that water panther is investing in building a brand image and is worth keeping an eye on as a company.
