Cons
They send in a bag and expect a return in a box. It looks like it’s broken and water shoots out of hole. Basically won't charge anymore after first use.

Id worn earplugs at night for years and this removed the worst of it.
This was easy to use, basically just slightly lean your ear.

Following the directions i used it for the first time with the setting set to soft

I had used a candling method earlier to soften any buildup and it probably did a bit of a better job than that because when i used the irrigation system there was no difference between the clean water and used water

I was hopeful that the irrigation may have cured me of this annoying ear ringing but it was back in about 10 minutes
