The entire exchange process took less than one week and she sent me multiple informative emails and kept me updated.

It did break down when water in the community was shut down and there could have been some debris in the line although a new cf filter was put in this month and mro just a few months ago

I was able to purchase the same model and would rather purchase a whole new system as the filters make the purchase of a new unit neglible
