This thing is far from refined. When contacting customer service, here are the excuses they look for to reject your warranty claim. Returning and buying a different brand.
The heads break or stop working and there is no way to take it apart to see if there's a jam or piece broken off. Hose is poorly designed. It leaks all over the counter.

Easy to use, speed settings and power are good.
I love this waterpik but it died in less than two years.
Work your way up once your gums get used to it and you get better at controlling it.
