Pros

The flosser has a great control of the pressure from gentle to very strong. It's loud depends on how high you go.

Cons

Very disappointed in the longevity. Waterpik's warranty process is very difficult and ultimately they find a reason not to replace the unit. Stick to your own country's amazon for smooth returns and avoid their unfair international shipping policy.

The electric toothbrush has battery / charging issues. It works for a day or two and stops the remainder of the time. The waterpik really cleans my gum and teeth when it works.

The machine leaks every time i use it. At first. It leaks right out of the box.
