Pros

The water pik still works perfectly and i'll be looking for a way to replace the toothbrush holder part. The sonic toothbrush (my first) is excellent. I never like flossing my teeth and this toothbrush is smaller and more efficient.

Just replaced the aaax2 2. V rechargeable batteries for $2. Battery still strong, do not store it in the charger. Battery life seems good. Overall fairly happy with the product except for the short life of the devices.

Company purposefully designs products made of non-renewable materials. Plastics, silicone, lithium batteries soldered into their containers, etc.

Quality

Too bulky for travel with the water resevoir; could take the toothbrush which could last about 2 weeks without the charger.

But, the only gripe i have is with the water tank.

Price

This unit is well worth the price.

It does a great job of cleaning and for me, is well worth the price.

Packaging/appearance

I clean it by running hydrogen peroxide through the waterpik every month or two.

Competitiveness

L have had a hand held waterpic that did nothing compared to this great unit.
