Waterpik product will fail just outside of warranty. No apparent way to fix it. I am asking waterpik to do the right thing and refund me the money.

Very effective at cleaning but a bit bottom heavy, making it slightly unwieldy to use.
I kept forgetting to take my finger off the on/off button and kept spraying the windows and myself with water.
