Pros
Deep floss thread is great for cleaning teeth and gums. Keeps the teeth clean, gums free of those little bits and pieces that are left behind after brushing. Helps ppl with bleeding gums.
The large water tank is brilliant. It is a bit bulky for travel but it does come with a handy carry case. Portable, easy to use, adjustable settings. I have a waterpik for home and now i have one when travelling.
Cons
Once a customer pays for an expensive product, the expectation is that it would last for sometime. No light on the device at all. I purchase it through amazon and do not know my rights to have it replaced.
One use and the reservoir is basically empty. A very bad ecological footprint. After using the machine, it leaks all over the place.

It works really well, long lasting battery.
It worked pretty well for me before it stopped working, just over one year and a half after purchasing.
The most recent one stopped charging after 4ish months.
Price
The price difference is too great to ignore!
Bought it on black friday and i think the price is very reasonable!
Competitiveness
A little on the heavy side and water tank is not as large as some of the other brands.
I will explore another brand if the next one breaks prematurely.

Start off on the medium setting especially if you have sensitive teeth like i do then move to the high setting

As an average i’ve had about two years per unit i do expect them to last longer they should last 4 years 🤷🏽♂️ or more but it is a water pump that’s used daily so my expectations could be too high

This has been a game changer for my flossing as i have a wire behind my bottom teeth so flossing has been difficult
