Pros
Water pic flosser has enough power to really clean your teeth and gums without being too harsh. My mouth is the cleanest it’s been when i use this after brushing.
Easy to use and did not take up too much cou ter space. Water is added directly to the unit so there is no water tube with which to contend. My wife likes hers and, since she is really picky, that is probably the best recommendation i could give.
Cons
The unit's slick surface becomes an issue during use as its outer shell becomes wet; difficult to handle the unit securely. Blue plastic assures overflowing when filling and requires drying its exterior before ever even using it. Will dispose of and g... Read More
Don't bother. It is damaging to their reputation. Company looks for any way to deny replacement.
The problem is not the charging transformer which tests good at 3 vac. Its fatal flaw is its rechargeable battery.
