Pros
Comes with various attachments. Easy to use. And it's extremely easy to refill. Sits next to my electric toothbrush.
The waterpick floss is lightweight and easy to clean. It holds enough water to clean your teeth on two passes. It takes getting used to and use warm water so your teeth don't get brain freeze.
Cons
It's loud like a miniature air compressor machine. The pulsation even on low is way too forceful. This has to be the worst hand held water pic ever.
It leaks water from the seam between the detachable water container, and the unit itself. During my vacation time, the joint of usb charge cord is melt during charging in my airbnb vacation house.
The response was clearly designed to discourage any coverage under the warranty. Feeling insulted as a customer. Returned for refund.

Would recommend keeping your mouth shut while using spray comes out rather forcefully and turn it off before taking it out of your month
