I've only had this for a month but it seems to be a quality product.
Overall so far, i really like it and am very happy with it.
It really is a great machine, i just wish it didn't have that problem, with the switch!
Those chunks can't keep a grip with the two settings that flosses them out with ease.

The battery cover if effectively convoluted

The 35 unit im now using is most similar to the first waterpik i bought some time ago and when it finally failed after months of good service i replaced it with a number of 55 units which all gave trouble either switch failure or short battery life

When the last 55 unit failed after just weeks of service i held the batterys aside after finding that waterpik had come out with an updated 35 unit in which i installed the used batterys
