I still used the water coming out of the shower quite well even on trickle-mode.
Competitiveness
I buy waterpik shower heads every time i need a shower head.
I don't notice any loss of pressure coming from my older waterpik shower head which was not a low-flow head.
The waterpik model with such an option doesn't seem to exist anymore.
