Pros
This is the greatest showerhead. Turning the spray switch selector is really easy unlike some showerheads. Water drips off with no danger of going into my stoma.
Being able to flex the showerhead into different positions is so helpful in our tiny shower. I love that the height is adjustable. They make it so mich nicer for those that are taller.
This is exactly like the one i purchased a few years ago except the water saver/restricter is different. We're people who constantly adjust where the water goes.
Cons
Waterpic shower head is very cheap and fragile. It clicks good in each setting but leaks from different nozzles that are not supposed to leak. No water leaking from anywhere, just no water flow.

I got this one to replace my old one and i am very happy with it.
But none of them come with the flexible extender.
I hate to get rid of it mainly because it was so dang expensive but we are about our wits end with the noise.
Competitiveness
Easy replacement for my old waterpik gooseneck shower had which lasted a long time!
She was very happy to know i found another waterpik unit the denicol to the one she had.
This was a replacement of our 20 year old waterpik shower head.

The first one was white i dont recall having a choice and eventually about 12 years later it looked so dirty and worn i bought a replacement

The original never leaked or had problems it was just white plastic gone yellow and uglyer
