Great product bought it to replace oralb and it's equally as good
The waterpik comes with 28, but you'll probably use two each time you floss.
Works great and i hate useing string brcause it's hard to clean, floss with the string because of my mouth don't open that far.
Packaging/appearance
It's battery operated and the vibrates, which helps remove particles in the same way as a thorough cleaning with regular floss.
Competitiveness
I advise buying a few extra packs of flosser tips.
I will continue to use this flosser none the less.

The learning part is that if i touch my lip with any part of the devise which is almost impossible to avoid it tickles beyond my ability to cope
