This fits my sonic fusion toothbrush really well. The size is right for me. Have both the classic waterpik and fusion.
The larger brush that fits fusion makes it even better to floss and brush teeth. The bristles are longer than the smaller heads. I love the capability of the brushes to clean and floss at the same time as long as you keep your mouth closed.
Cons
The picture was taken only after 10 days of brushing. They are way too soft and to little bristles. This is a very expensive product for it's main feature to be so ineffective.

Probably a good replacement but i dont know how much since i use the water flosser to clean or clear the wax and fluids out of my ears
