Pros

Love this product. This definitely solve the problem. It is a shame we can't make items like this in the usa. Shipped and received on time.

The hose material is a bit awkward and stiff but is holding up and i am fine with it. Love the wide soft spray for showering and the jet stream for hosing and cleaning the shower. Makes it easy to get to rinse all those hard-to-reach places.

Cons

The white hose is plastic and not user-friendly. Leaking on dial when pressure on it.

This is the best showerhead we’ve ever had it’s nice and light with lots of good options and easy to adjust when the water is running

I had a waterpik handheld shower head for many years and it finally fell apart.

One of the washers that came with it was defective, and just too thin, not allowing the hose to completely tighten to the handheld unit.

Good purchase & the price was great!

All in all it is a great value for your money.

All i needed was the holder but the price of the entire unit was less than a new holder!

It came quickly and was in the manufacturer’s package.

The shipping was super fast and needed nothing but my bare hands to install it.

Packaging/appearance

I did not understand how the box was supposed to open, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

I was a little dismayed to see the words made in china on the box.
