Every time the water shuts off the whole unit drops. It's a bear trying to get the hand held unit out of the holder after a day.

Overall, for the money, and considering how long my last waterpic held up, i am giving this showerhead an enthusiastic thumbs up!

I've used it for the past week and i feel that it's better than the $125 one i got from one of the big stores !

I'd bought another brand that was too heavy and difficult to use.
