Installation is a breeze. The only downside is when you take it out of the mount.
Buy it. Otherwise. This particular model is lighter than the previous 4 versions we have owned. One of the best if not 'the' best. Nice item otherwise.
This brand has great pulsating shower heads. No drooling water. Gee, it feels like i'm in a fancy hotel with incredible water pressure!
The pressure is great, easy to switch settings. Love the 7 modes to customize the shower experience and work those knotted muscles. It's handheld and has multiple settings.

It also looks great and goes very well with our stationary shower head!
Received the box, within 10 minutes it was installed.
Competitiveness
I've tried to like other shower head brands, but none come close to waterpik.
So now, i either need to order a 6' hose separately or return this one and order a different brand.
I had one at home of a different brand but thought i would try this for our camp.
I love waterpik products because it's work better than the rest of them "bottom line.

The instructions indicate that you should not use plumbers tape probably because the connector is plastic

Dont waste your time using soap on the threads thats just silly

I wound up using a small amount of plumbers tape like 3 wraps around to stop the backpressure leak

It does have a more powerful spray than the one it replaced
