The instructions state that an adjustable wrench is needed for installation, but i found that using may bare hands was adequate. The magnetic holder works well.
The shower head has 12 functions including massage. The massage functions relieve muscle tension, increase flexibility, promote restful sleep, soothe and reduce foot pain and discomfort.
Dental hygienist loves the waterpik water flosser. The water comb is intense.

But the knob to turn the water from one to the other is really hard to turn

And the only way you get water from both is if there isnt very much going to either the pressure is just dribbly at that point

My other issue is that the wand is hard to get out of the holder even when you just rest it in there it settles down and wedges itself in
