Pros

This shower head is so versatile. The gray outer piping cover is flexible and durable. It's awesome for the little kids.

The pressure is nice and strong, but i did drill out the water restrictor. It is nicely styled and looks really nice in the bathroom. Performance is really good, the spray patterns are good and there is plenty of water flow.

This is adjustable like no other head and neck combo. My favorite feature, thought, is its near infinite adjustablity. Adjusting the shower head is easy, and it stays in place.

Cons

Neck is flimsier and sags. Head hangs limp.

Cheap walmart head with handheld sprayer that has lasted about a year already. Still leaks where the hose attaches to the connector. They go from a forceful full flow which i love, to a drizzle that's impossible to shower under.

This redesigned model is cheap, and two have broken within a couple of months. This is an example of poor design and evidence that waterpik has value-engineered all of the value out of this product. Don't know howyour engineers or your marketing folks... Read More

I am really happy with this product.

Great product snd works well, if you take out the flow restrictor.

The new one is not as high quality as my original, but i'm tickled to death that waterpik finally started to make these again.

Packaging/appearance

Then hand tighten the waterpik hose onto the spout, nice and tight, but not like you'll never get it off again.

It is hard to beat a waterpik!

This type of waterpik showerhead is so fantastic!

The only change i made was when i got this latest replacement, i also got a riser pipe, the kind used with rainshower type heads.

I’ve just wanted to get the newer model.
