Pros & Cons
Pros
Pressure is great, but i did drill out the water restrictor. It has a number of different spray patterns as well as a water massage setting. Performance is really good, the spray patterns are good and there is plenty of water flow.
The gray outer piping cover is flexible and durable.
The pulsating massage is the strongest massage i've ever experienced. Overall, it really delivers what it advertises, a power pulse massage. The massage function works extremely well.
Cons
Cheap walmart head with handheld sprayer that has lasted about a year already. The flexible hose is not stiff enough to hold-up the shower head as it is depicted in the photo. Could not get decent water pressure as advertised.
The glacier bay shower head didn't last a month. Is there any chance for a replacement or refund. Waterpik should (& ask amazon to ban any future sales of this item & perhaps all without properly vetting your products).

This redesigned model is cheap, and two have broken within a couple of months.
Highlights
Quality

The new one is not as high quality as my original, but i'm tickled to death that waterpik finally started to make these again.
Packaging/appearance
Then hand tighten the waterpik hose onto the spout, nice and tight, but not like you'll never get it off again.
There is a finger tab that you can grab with a pair of small pliers (or your fingers if they are strong enough) and just pluck ... Read More
Competitiveness
We replaced an old flexible shower head in my wife's shower.
Installation is very simple - unscrew the old shower head, add some teflon tape, and hand-tighten the new waterpik shower head in place.
