Pros

This one uses no teflon tape, which makes it easy. Installed quickly and easily. Super easy to install, btw.

Waterpik has 6 different water patterns. Several settings are enjoyable with excellent pressure. The pulse option feels great on your back and shoulders after a hard day of gardening.

Cons

The connecting hose is a really stiff (non-articulated/accordion/pleated) plastic that juts from the wall at weird angles. Showerhead works well but the hose is very hard and stiff. Hose is not flexible.

I have to use 2 hands to get it out of the holder, and it doesn't always want to be separated from its cradle. It's depressing that this product exists.

Works great, allot better than my old one of 15 years of use.

Super easy to set up, no tools required, although a crescent wrench will probably help for tightening to the shower pipe.

After 3 years, it started leaking, seemingly from the hose although no huge holes were obvious.

On the first set i bought the led lights did stop working.

Price

This is a nice handheld at a super low price.

Purchased: high pressure hand held shower head with hose, powerpulse massage 6-mode, chrome xas-643e$20.

However there was no original packaging and no instructions or pamphlet.

It was probably returned by someone and the packaging damaged or missing.
