Pros

It has a 3-inch diameter head, so same flow over a narrower area gives excellent strength of spray. The only downside is the hose doesn't flatten out easily.

Bought this for my mom for her birthday. She says it does what is advertised. The pulse massage does wonderful things to my back. This is an awesome product.

Cons

Showerhead works well but the hose is very hard and stiff. I have to use 2 hands to get it out of the holder, and it doesn't always want to be separated from its cradle. Waterpic has done better.

I buy these as gifts great christmas gift

However there was no original packaging and no instructions or pamphlet.

It was probably returned by someone and the packaging damaged or missing.
