Shower head is very adjustable. The arm spins around well providing a lot of flexibility in angles.

Make sure it's fully tightened before installing. Drill straight down through that red plastic, gently, with a 1/4 drill bit.

Make sure you put the rubber gasket that goes on after the white filter back on. Ours has a really small drip from the connector that comes down off of the bottom and sometimes collects a little drop-sized red algae.

This one is reasonably priced and does the trick. Well priced and works great.

This isn't chrome, it is unbelievably cheap, lightweight plastic. Made out of the junkiest, most worthless pieces of cheap plastic. The fact that the piece is plastic and you have to use your hand to tighten is not useful.
