Pros

This is a newer model of the one i had before. Every time we find a product that we really like, the company no longer manufactures it when it comes time to replace it.

It is easy to install and you do not have to use plumber's tape. The only issue i have is the easy mount nut. The hose is stiff, but not a deal breaker for me even if it doesn't get more flexible after breaking in.

Packaging/appearance

The hose was a bit stiff out of the packaging.

Competitiveness

This replaced a previous waterpic that lasted almost 10 years.

The waterpik brand is well known and helped my decision.

I have been hunting for a replacement of my original waterpik shower head.
