Pros

There is tremendous water volume and all is just as advertised. Easy installation, great water pressure. Adds a bit to water pressure for a bonus.

New 4 setting shower massage replaces the 5 setting original massage. It is nice to have the choice of whether you want to drip thru your shower or blast thru it. Love, love, love this original showerhead.

Cons

The hose is rather stiff and inflexible. Like other reviews, it appears to be lightweight. It is not. I am scared to remove it from holder.

Shower has no control for water flow (pressure) it is not very good for a tub/shower with a curtain.

Very easy to install, didn't need any tools!

Easy to install and the four settings are great.

After years of that damn huge one falling and hitting the floor of our shower or your foot or head we finally went back to basics.

A good solid product without all the useless extra gizmos.

Its a decent product at a an ok price

I've bought well over a thousand dollars worth of faucets for my bathroom renovation, but my shower head will continue to be this one.

Packaging/appearance

Then i looked inside and saw the plastic restriction piece that was easily removed.

Ez to install, less than 5 minutes and 3 of those was getting the package open.

Competitiveness

8 just can't compare with this 2.

I've had far more expensive models, but always go back to waterpik because they last longer!

Didn't realize before that there were different gpm differences.
