Very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend it. The rep.

Love the flossing and brushing technique.

Warm water with a splash of mouthwash. This thing cleans my teeth so well i am anxious to use after i eat. Water pic gets everything out and leaves your mouth feeling like you just had your teeth cleaned professionally.

Cons

A total disappointment that is being returned. Returned to seller. Okay as returned for a refund.

Foremost, it needs a good water seal. It takes water splashes inside easily and electronics get wet/broken.

One faulty one is understandable but the second one with the same flaws is a * no for me. Find another brand. Be wary of buying things on amazon marketplace.

There is an unused hole left from a former model's switch underneath which adds another weak spot for water ingestion. It knocks over the toothbrush when it is charging.
