Pros

The sonic toothbrush is well-designed. Sometimes i accidentally turn it on while brushing.

The adjustable water pressure is a game changer for me. For travel, it’s convenient that the toothbrush itself can be detached from the unit and used as normal.

Cons

After 4 months the waterpik no longer works. Very unreliable quality and the cost of toothbrush refills is outrageous. I believe it was defective and just passed on to consumers.

It leaks from the bottom of the brush, where the water hose attaches. The worst it’s very clumsy to replace the toothbrush back into its spot. The inflexible hose is already showing signs of cracking.

Definitely a very good and powerful flosser that does a complete and thorough cleaning between teeth and all around the gums etc.

The product simply stopped working one day.

The first time i used it, i thought i may have made a mistake, it felt so intense and different on my teeth.

Price

Worth the upgrade even if yours still works, a lot less expensive than the most minimal dental work if it can prevent it.

It's a tad expensive, but meets expectations and with only two weeks use my dental hygienist commented on how clean my teeth were.

Competitiveness

Compared with their last generation (mine finally went outside of warranty) this is so much better.

After a few troubleshooting steps failed, waterpik replaced the product with a brand new one with no hassles.
