Pros

The attached water reservoir makes a bit of bulk when handling. But the space saved by not having a shelved reservoir with tube makes it worth it.

Cons

The only thing i liked about the new one is that the power cord worked in the older waterpic, so i'm still using my old one. We bought 2 opened one - it is not as effective as the phillips one we have.

The pik is lightweight, but not very convenient to use. No global recharging capability. The charger is its biggest downside.

Pharmapack (the supplier through amazon) required me to pay the postage of $12. Needless to say that after six months of the purchasing date nothing could be done, except learn from the experience.
