Water floss is a realy importand part of cleaning the teeth. Makes flossing a breeze. My gums are really firm. I have sensitive gums to chemicals.
It really cleans my teeth. Plus it saves on dentist bills. The waterpik is exactly what i need to clean under a new bridge on two implants. The variable setting of water pressure is a plus and removes most food residue between teeth.
Cons
It cooks itself over a long time until the circuit becomes open. Less than 3 months of use.
Internal potted transformer was not designed/selected properly. The internal adaptor is extremely low quality and the unit has planned obsolescence.

Quality
Easy to use and efficient, flossing is so easy.
Brilliant buy - waterpik been going strong with near daily use for years now, without skipping a beat!
We had a different waterpik model before - which lasted perfectly for almost 6 years before the short coiled water tube snapped.
Water splashes everywhere and creates a great mess when using this.
Price
Yes they are pricey but worth every penny.

Ive never been a big fan of flossing much to my dentists eternal chagrin because my lower teeth are quite crowded and i always get bits of floss stuck between the crowded teeth and cuts on my fingers making it not a lot of fun
