I bought this because it was cheaper than the other waterpik brand piks. They last, they come out of the box working, they are user-friendly. It is still just as powerful as the adult version.

Water flosser works great for my braces. Cleans my teeth beautifully. My grandson is amazed how much stuff he leaves behind after what he considers great brushing. For kids, it comes with cute stickers and a special tip for use with braces.

Every time we use it, it leaks. The wand starts leaking or the gasket in the reservoir breaks down. It seems like it leaks from the handle when water is in the basin.

The only reason i repurchased this item is for it's small size. It's easy to mistake that for a pause button so we've had a few mishaps with it. Maybe that is a defect in my unit, not a design flaw, but that still tells me something about the design.

I have a more costly version in my own bathroom and regret buying the less expensive version because it is so inferior. There’s lots to dislike about this unit. A total rip off.

It's really messy to use. There's no cut-out button to stop the spray without turning off the pump. You have to keep the flosser in your mouth until you turn the off switch or it sprays all over.
