My gums feel so much better than just flossing! It has 5 seeds that allow you to really clean very well. It gets food and gunk out of your teeth better than floss.
This is my first plugin and i like it better than the battery ones. The on-off switch on the main unit is a little cumbersome to toggle. Otherwise, the more expensive versions are probably a little more user-friendly.
Cons
This thing is ridiculously loud. If it's plugged in, it runs regardless of the on-off switch on the base.
Water reservoir isn't securely locked and easy to fall. Water drips all over my hand, my sleeve, and the sink.
This unit is just a disappointment. Very, very cheaply made. Do not buy this piece of garbage.

Price
This looked like an affordable device, so i got one to try out.
Inflation has made it pricey but what can you do.
Shipping
I explained the problem and she put me on hold while she looked up the availability of sending me out a new reservoir.
The warranty was still in effect and the customer service was superior.
Packaging/appearance
It is designed to make for easy packing when traveling.
I looked in the back of the instruction manual, and there was an actual 800 number listed for customer support.
