Pros
Water flossing is the best way to keep teeth clean. Good product as far as * hygiene is concerned. Totally replaces dental floss, and actually removes tartar and plaque.
Cons
Water container 1l mark goes higher than the nozzle and the nozzle leaks when not in use. Makes a lot of noise and vibrates badly - the entire unit moves due to vibrations when in use. Horrible. This item is non returnable.

Very good and effective machine for diy preventive dental care.
However for home use, this is one of the best suited and very practical.
Waterpik is best and very effective in cleaning the teeth specially if some one has gaps and food gets stuck in gaps.
I like the larger reservoir and ease of use.
